These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DJ Redtables website (“the Site”) and any services provided by DJ Redtables (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website responsibly and legally. You may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

  • Use the site for fraudulent or harmful activity

  • Copy or distribute copyrighted content without permission

2. Booking Services

When you submit a booking request:

  • You agree that all information you provide is accurate

  • A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

  • Pricing may vary based on event type, location, equipment needs, and time

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any event at our discretion.

3. Payments

Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Deposits and balances must be paid by the deadlines provided.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation by Client

If you must cancel an event:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may require full payment

  • Travel, hotel, or rental costs already incurred must be reimbursed

5. Cancellation by DJ Redtables

In rare cases such as emergencies, illness, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control:

  • We may cancel a booking

  • If this occurs, deposits will be refunded

  • We may attempt to help you find a replacement DJ (not guaranteed)

6. Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe, accessible space for equipment

  • Supplying required power outlets

  • Maintaining crowd safety

  • Obtaining necessary permits or venue permissions

We reserve the right to end a performance if safety is compromised.

7. Content Ownership

All mixes, photos, videos, and branding on this site are the property of DJ Redtables unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce or use the content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DJ Redtables is not responsible for:

  • Losses or damages occurring at the event

  • Technical failures caused by venue equipment

  • Weather-related cancellations

  • Third-party platform issues (Instagram, SoundCloud, etc.)

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes.
