Refund Policy

This policy outlines booking procedures, payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds for events booked with DJ Redtables.
1. Booking Process
To book DJ Redtables:

Submit an inquiry via email or contact form

Provide event details (location, date, time, type, equipment needs)

Receive an official quote

Pay the required deposit to confirm the date
A booking is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
2. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable
-
Deposits hold your date and prevent it from being booked by another client

Deposit amount varies based on event requirements
3. Final Payment

Final balance is typically due before or upon arrival at the event
-
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services
4. Cancellations by Client
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel:

14+ days before the event → No additional charges
-
7–13 days before the event → 50% of total booking fee due
-
0–6 days before the event → 100% of the total booking fee due
If DJ Redtables already obtained rentals (equipment, travel, hotel), those costs must be reimbursed.
5. Cancellations by DJ Redtables
In rare cases (illness, emergency, equipment failure, travel issues), DJ Redtables may cancel:

Any deposit will be refunded

Assistance in finding a replacement DJ may be offered (not guaranteed)
6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed if the date is available

The original deposit transfers to the new date

Price adjustments may apply
7. Event Requirements
Clients must ensure:

Safe environment for DJ and equipment
-
Access to power
-
Adequate space for DJ setup
-
Crowd control if needed
-
Parking/loading access
If the environment becomes unsafe, the DJ may end the performance.
8. Refund Exclusions
No refunds are provided for:

Change of heart
-
Venue issues
-
Weather issues (for outdoor events)
-
Client lateness
-
Unusable venue power
-
Failure of client-provided equipment
